If for any reason you are not happy with the product supplied please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order.  Please contact us on websales@mcdonaldtextiles.co.nz. We will then send you a returns form to fill out.

The simple steps to return your item

1.         Fill in the returns form and return to websales@mcdonaldtextiles.co.nz.

2.         Re-package your products, include proof of purchase and a copy of the returns form.

3.         Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.

4.         Please send your return to:

Advise us of the date and method the product was returned and we will process your request as soon as it arrives here.

We need to know some crucial information about you to ensure your purchase arrives in the right destination.  To use some of the services or features on this site you will need to register.
