Shipping

Our shipping cost service is quoted in the check-out-process. 

For all parcels with a New Zealand delivery address there is no shipping charge. There is a flat shipping fee of $25 for parcels to Australia and $50 for parcels to the rest of the world.

Taxes

Taxes and any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. For all goods sold in New Zealand the price is GST inclusive. In the European Union, VAT and import duties can be substantial. If you are ordering from here it will pay to read the relevant GOV.UK web page. For other EU customers, please read your governments VAT information web page.

Business Trading Name

The business trading name appearing on customer statements is McDonald Textiles 2017 Ltd.

Insurance

McDonald Textiles 2017 Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by McDonald Textiles 2017 Ltd, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Any estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. McDonald Textiles 2017 Ltd are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All international orders are sent via NZ Post or DHL.
