Delivery

New Zealand

  • We offer free shipping on all NZ orders.
  • We endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order and you will receive an email once you order has been processed.
  • Approximate delivery time is 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Australia

  • We offer free shipping for all AU orders over $100. There is a flat rate of $25 for orders under $100. Express shipping is available at check-out at a flat rate of $35.
  • We endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order.
  • Approximate delivery time from date of dispatch is 5-10 working days for standard shipping and 3-5 working days for express shipping.

International Delivery

  • Postage is $50 NZD for all international orders.
  • We endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order.
  • Approximate delivery time is 15-20 working days from the date of dispatch.

McDonald Textiles 2017 Ltd are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All international orders are sent via NZ Post or DHL.

 

Taxes & Duties

  • Taxes and any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. For all goods sold in New Zealand the price is GST inclusive.
  • In the European Union, VAT and import duties can be substantial. If you are ordering from here it will pay to read the relevant GOV.UK web page.

Insurance

McDonald Textiles 2017 Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by McDonald Textiles 2017 Ltd, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
